Great workout!
Spinning was great! I really did enjoy it. I felt I had a good pace going and I was able to keep up. Thanks to 6' & Sexxy for getting me in there bright and early on a Saturday morning! It was packed and fun! It was also a great warm up I was able to do an additional 30 minutes of cardio after about 45 minutes of spinning then on to weights & abs & stretching. Needless to say when I crashed I crashed. I came home to soak my "bikers butt" in the tub...OOHH AHHH it was great. After that nice hot bath I felt totally relaxed. Okay gotta keep this one short getting ready to party tonight. Make comments and write about your new work outs I love to find out about other stuff to try!

Hello Fatt2fab bloggers! YES! I totally agree, spin class was awesome. I do stand corrected...I am not complaining about my knees like I thought I would be. I actually road off the bike quite a bit as my gel cushion seat cover from Target was a GREAT help but, there was some discomfort here and there during our 45 min stint BUT, overall the class was AWESOME and as Fatt2fab stated PACKED. The sweat was pouring...I would glance over at fatt2fab and ask WHY AREN'T YOU SWEATING...she replied "I don't sweat, I just beed up on the forehead a bit"...I was cracking up as we all were soaking wet. The instructor was great and I loved the diving of the classroom into teams, cheering one another on and competing against each other...quite intense. There was a section of regulars in our class called the "backrow"...too funny and full of members who schooled us on how to set our bikes up before class so now we're professionals. LOL I'd say we should make this a regular Saturday routine for now, i.e., schedules permitting just to switch our routines up a bit. Bloggers, please join us for the 8:30 am class by which you have to arrive by 8am in order to get on the list and claim your bike but, well worth it...get on the list, set your bike up and start your warm-up in the gym until class begins. btw, I also have bike pants with the cushioned seat and that helps too...in addition to the gel seat cover. Sincerely, 6'& Sexy :o)
ReplyDeleteHah too funny! Yes I want to get back in there this Saturday. I felt it in the front of my thighs I must admit on Sunday but it's all good! I am eager for more. It was funny seeing the sweat pouring off of folks and I always wonder why I don't look like that.My hair gets damp and I get a little misty but I have to be in a sauna for sweat to poor. Still a fab workout nonetheless!
